If you suspect that your copyrighted work or other intellectual property is being used without authorization on the Jeenybeans platform, please submit a formal notice of infringement to our Designated Agent. Your notice must include the following information:

Identification of the work: Clearly specify the copyrighted material or intellectual property you claim is infringed, including registration numbers if applicable.

Details of the infringing content: Describe where and how the alleged infringing content appears on Jeenybeans, providing direct links or sufficient information for us to locate it.

Your contact information: Provide your full name, address, phone number, and email address.

Good faith statement: Declare that you have a good faith belief that the use is unauthorized.

Accuracy statement: Confirm under penalty of perjury that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorized to act on their behalf.

Signature: Include your physical or electronic signature.
B. Actions Taken by Jeenybeans Upon Receiving a Valid Notice
Once we receive a properly formatted notice:

The allegedly infringing content will be removed or disabled.

The user responsible will be notified of the takedown.

Repeat violations may result in the termination of the user’s account and services.
C. Submitting a Counter-Notice
If you believe the content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice including:

Identification of the removed content: Include details of the material and where it appeared before removal.

Good faith statement: Confirm under penalty of perjury that the removal was an error or misidentification.

Your contact information: Full name, mailing address, phone number, and email.

Consent to jurisdiction: State that you consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate Federal Court (or local court if outside the USA) and accept service of process from the complaining party.

Signature: Provide your physical or electronic signature.
Upon receiving a valid counter-notice, we may notify the original complainant. Unless they seek a court order within 10 business days, we may restore the removed content at our discretion.
