Since we operate on a Print-on-Demand model, your order undergoes a production phase before it is shipped.
Standard Apparel (2D T-shirts, Hoodies, etc.): 3–5 business days.
Specialty Items (Hat, Mugs, All-over Print): 5–10 business days.
Note: Production times may be slightly longer during peak holiday seasons (Black Friday, Christmas, etc.).
Once your order is ready, we ship it using reliable carriers. Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

We believe in transparency. Once your package is dispatched:
You will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email containing your unique tracking number.
You can monitor your shipment’s progress directly through our website or the carrier’s portal.
Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update after you receive the link.
Separate Shipments: To ensure the fastest delivery, items in the same order may be shipped in separate packages if they are produced at different facilities.
Address Accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are unable to change the address once the order has entered the production phase.
Combined Orders: Orders placed separately cannot be combined into one shipment.
Delivery to Multiple Locations: We currently only support one shipping address per order. Please place separate orders if you need items sent to different locations.
For international orders, please note that your country’s customs office may apply import taxes, duties, or brokerage fees.
These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
Jeenybeans does not collect these fees in advance and they are not included in the shipping cost.
Customs clearance procedures can occasionally cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
